The Worshipper

The Worshipper adalah karya pertama Dhanurendra Pandji yang dipresentasikan di 69 Performance Club. Pandji menggerakan sebuah botol vodka kosong menggunakan mulutnya dengan gestur merangkak mengelilingi seluruh ruangan performans. Melalui karya ini ia mencoba mengeksplorasi konsep kenikmatan material yang menjadi suatu bentuk penghambaan.

The Worshipper is Dhanurendra Pandji’s first work presented at 69 Performance Club. Pandji moves an empty vodka bottle using his mouth while crawling around the entire performance space. Through this work he tried to explore the concept of material pleasure which became a form of servitude.
